KidKong Association Teams Up with Johnson Energy Storage to Empower Future EV Engineers

The KidKong Association is excited to announce a partnership with Johnson Energy Storage, Inc., a leading energy storage innovator, to provide unique hands-on learning for our high school students. With the support of lead technician Michael McKinley, our students will convert a gas-powered go-kart into an electric vehicle, gaining valuable skills in the growing electric vehicle (EV) field.

“This collaboration with Johnson Energy Storage is transformative,” says Kidd Kong, Executive Director of the KidKong Association. “Our students are designing, building, and preparing to race their own electric karts, thanks to the incredible support of our sponsors.”

The partnership is part of our ROBOKONG Electric Vehicle Education program and will prepare students for the upcoming ERACERZ EKART RACE LEAGUE, backed by key supporters, including Georgia Power Company and ATDC.

We thank Johnson Energy Storage for their commitment to inspiring the next generation of EV leaders.
