Photo and Video Release Waiver

By acknowledging this statement, I give permission for the KidKong Association to take photographs and video recordings of my child during programs, events, and activities.
 

I understand that these photos and videos may be used by the KidKong Association for promotional and advertising purposes across various media platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, and news outlets.
 

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images or recordings, and I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final materials.
