Are you looking to combine your love of athletics and fitness with a fun, fulfilling job? The KidKong Association is currently seeking people like you to coach all levels of boxing/fitness! No prior boxing experience needed. When hired you will participate in a one-week training course that will prepare you to lead a high energy boxing/fitness class tailored to elementary and middle school students. If you are athletic, highly motivated, and love working with kids, we want to hear from you! Experience working with young children is required. A love of fitness and previous boxing experience are a plus.

• Boxing Coach: This position is part-time, competitive hourly paid. (Afternoons only) No boxing experience needed.

The KidKong Association (KKA) is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides youth after school/out-of-school programs. Since 2018, KKA has served over 600 urban youth across the United States. The youth programs are specially designed for and targeted to inner-city children and teens between the ages of 5 - 17. KKA programs are typically 6 to 12 weeks and can effectively be scaled to meet the needs of our after school/out-of-school partner(s).

KidKong Association launched with one program that focused on providing students with an outlet for understanding and managing their emotions through the sport of boxing. This program has been very well received and is currently being offered in after school programs in Atlanta, GA., Cleveland, OH., Orlando, FL., Camden, NJ., Philadelphia, PA., and Dallas, TX.

Since its inception, the KKA has expanded its offerings to include additional programs that give urban youth an opportunity to participate in activities that are unavailable in their communities.
