Injury Waiver and Liability Release

By acknowledging this statement, I understand and agree that participation in any program, event, or activity with the KidKong Association involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
 

In consideration of my child being allowed to participate, I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation and, on behalf of myself and my child, release and hold harmless the KidKong Association, its Executive Director, board members, staff, volunteers, contractors, partners, and any affiliated individuals or organizations from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participation in any KidKong Association program or activity.
 

This release applies to any form of injury, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, and includes all locations where KidKong Association programs are held.
